At Sequoia Lake House we focus on Yoga, meditation, healthy nourishing foods, the beauty of nature, time to rest and personal coaching all contribute to a gentle unwinding so that we might find the space we need to heal.
Yoga & Meditation by the Lake
Sequoia Lake House - Wake Up Yoga & Meditation Event is on the 1st Sunday of the month from October - March. This event is about taking time for yourself & reconnecting all elements of the body & soul.
You can join us anytime throughout the morning for select activities .
8.00 am - Arrival / Free time to paddle board on the lake
9.30am - 1hr Yoga practice with Tish from Honeypott
10.30am - Breakfast Smoothie Bowl from Monday Wholefoods
11.00am - 30 mins Mindful Meditation
12.00pm - Optional extra 1hr Sup Board Yoga on the Lake
Aim for an 8am Arrival so you get some free time to paddle board on the lake, clear your head, re-invigorate your soul & refresh for the week ahead. At 9.30am enjoy a 1hr Yoga practice with Tish from Honeypott using theaputic oils & energising movements followed by a Monday Wholefoods Breakfast Smoothie Bowl. Coffee lovers we have Kokako Bottomless coffee.
At 11am we channel Peace & Zen with a 30 mins Mindful Meditation session. If you would like to try something different at 12pm we work the core muscles with a 1hr SUP Yoga with Natalie Stettler and SUPWell. Limited spots so pre-book your spot today.
